AppleGate Recovery is seeking a Care Coordinator to support individuals on their recovery journey in a structured outpatient setting. You will help create personalized care plans, connect clients with community resources, and collaborate with a compassionate team to promote long-term recovery.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, and be willing to obtain CRS certification within 6 months, with strong communication and organizational skills.
