Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets, acting as the first and last touchpoint to ensure a welcoming, supportive, and efficient visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their four‑legged friends and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience
• Manage the schedule of daily appointments and walk‑ins
• Take and make calls and communicate via email to other veterinary practices and clients as necessary
• Keep common areas clean and well‑stocked
• Provide a high level of hospitality for pet parents, answering questions and providing information and education as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client‑facing receptionist role
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
• Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus
