Job summary

Bond Vet is hiring a Care Coordinator to create a welcoming experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in to check-out. You will manage appointment flow, coordinate walk-ins, and communicate with clients and veterinary teams to ensure a seamless visit.

In this role, you will maintain clean, organized spaces, provide outstanding hospitality, and support clinic operations with a collaborative team. Veterinary care exposure is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or client-facing roles.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and platforms.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and teamwork.
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care preferred.

Responsibilities
