The role requires a hands-on professional willing to provide direct patient care when necessary due to staffing shortages.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or relevant healthcare/administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in office management, healthcare administration, home care, or related field preferred.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing administrative operations, and supporting client services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Willingness to provide direct patient care when necessary due to caregiver shortages or call-offs.
