Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Van Nuys, CA, is hiring a Care Coordinator to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and collaborate with families and Regional Centers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate clinical guidance, participate in staff development, and maintain clear documentation in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include 1+ year clinical experience, supervisory skills, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
• Supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
