Ncaarbh is seeking a Care Coordinator in Cherry Hill, NJ to manage intake, treatment engagement and utilization review. You will coordinate referrals, review consents, arrange transportation, and follow up with clients to ensure timely appointments.
The role emphasizes coordination across services, collaboration with ICM when needed, and presenting cases at statewide consortia. A master's degree and relevant licensure are required, with 2+ years in co-occurring disorders.
The primary role of the Care Coordinator (CC) is to coordinate and monitor treatment engagement and utilization review.
A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field with an LAC/LPC, LCADC, or LSW/LCSW is required. Must have a minimum of two years of co-occurring disorder experience and applied knowledge of The ASAM Criteria, 3rd Ed., and the DSM-5-TR.

Salary: $61,000.00 – $67,000.00 annually
