Job summary

• 2 years of Administrative experience; healthcare setting preferred or demonstrated knowledge of healthcare terminology.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between patients, health care providers, insurance companies and other stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient transitions of care.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate records and process documentation to support delivery of quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clerical support and assist the Care Management Department under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
