Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA to optimize scheduling and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as a consistent point of contact for families and collaborate with site leadership to improve service delivery.

With 4+ years of scheduling experience in ABA or related fields, you will balance client needs with provider capacity, manage cancellations and rescheduling, and use tools like Axon, Smart Scheduling, and Salesforce to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care navigation and scheduling for timely services.
• Serve as the primary contact for families and guide them through the Cortica journey.
• Keep families informed about wait times for services.
• Create scheduling plans that maximize provider capacity while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate scheduling strategies into care plans.
• Provide scheduling support for schools-related contracts and Value-Based Care clients.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership to resolve scheduling concerns promptly.
• Work with clinical leadership to ensure timely case assignment and management.
