Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks supporting the care team.
• Reviews charts and uses EHR to obtain medical information.
• Communicates with patients and care team via telephone.
• Collaborates to meet performance metrics and quality measures.
• Maintains clinical skills and provides direct patient care as needed.
• Completes onboarding activities and participates in ACED.
