Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services in a behavioral health setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with multi-system youth or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
• Oversee intake and referral process for OhioRISE care coordination.
• Analyze management reports and metrics to identify trends and operational needs.

Skills

Advanced communication skills

Knowledge of community health & human service systems

Advanced organizational skills

Experience with Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (preferred)

High school degree or GED equivalent (required)
