Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services in a behavioral health setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Referral Specialists.
• Oversee OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process.
• Analyze management reports and workforce metrics.

Advanced communication skills

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage deadlines

Education

High school degree or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred)
