Qualifications

• Experience working with multi-system youth or individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of Referral Specialists and Development Coordinator.
• Oversee care coordination intake and referral process.
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify operational needs.
• Monitor onboarding activities for consistency and support.
