Mercy seeks a UAP to work under RN/LPN supervision, providing close observation of patients and helping maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting the nursing team. Education includes a high school diploma or GED, CNA/CPCT certification or enrollment in a healthcare program, and 18+ with Mercy UAP training eligibility, or being a current Mercy coworker.
