Bozeman Lodge is seeking a compassionate administrative assistant to join our care-centered team in Bozeman, MT. You will support the management team, answer phones courteously, and maintain office systems to ensure smooth daily operations for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in faxing, filing, scanning, and collecting reports is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Answer the telephones in a polite and courteous manner.
• Maintain office systems and perform administrative tasks using software programs.
