Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT is seeking an entry-level housekeeping team member. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on keeping resident rooms and common areas clean to support a warm, care-centered environment for seniors.

No prior experience required, but caring, patient behavior is valued. Earn $19.00-$20.00 per hour with benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities; training is provided to help you thrive and grow within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or facilities is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate housekeeping tasks with nursing staff as needed.
• Follow schedules to ensure sanitation and safety standards.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE

• Clean resident rooms, as well as the general community ensuring that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical
• Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas
