Job summary

Simpson is hiring a Care Associate to join our team in a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will help residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans and safety guidelines.

The role requires compassionate individuals with at least 1 year of direct care experience, plus basic certifications and ongoing training in Relias. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care to seniors or disabled people.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare communications.
• Ability to follow care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers using appropriate devices.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with administration as directed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor health, report changes to staff, and document observations.
