Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring individuals to assist residents in our Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services to maintain a high quality of life while preserving dignity. You will provide medication reminders, follow the resident schedule, offer emotional support, and document daily notes.

A minimum of one year in senior care is required; English proficiency is essential; a CNA/CHHA license may be state-dependent.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with staff.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• You can make independent decisions when needed.
• You can solve practical problems in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, escort).

In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

• Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
• Hourly Range: $16-$18.00.

• You have at least oneyearof experience working in senior care.
