Trinity Health's Neighborhoods of White Lake is seeking compassionate Care Assistants/Med Techs to join our family-like team in Michigan. You will provide personalized care, monitor residents, and help maintain comfort and dignity in daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric population preferred.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• A passion for helping others and a big heart!
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
