Job summary

Bluebird Care Leeds North is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high-quality home care to clients in Leeds North. You will work in customers' homes, delivering personal care, meal assistance, and daily living support, while following care plans and maintaining dignity and safety.

You'll receive expert training, flexible shift patterns, full induction, and ongoing career development. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, with a supportive team and 24/7 assistance

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements
