Job summary

Amica Care in Washington state is seeking a Care Assistant to join a caring, charity-driven team. You will support residents with daily living, assist with personal care, meals and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.

We value kindness, good communication, and a willingness to learn. Full training provided; DBS checks will be completed as part of the onboarding process, with opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Care Assistant on to Join Our Caring Team at Amica Care

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
  • Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Providing companionship- listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment- supporting residents' physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
  • Working as part of a a great team- communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care
