Avera at Home in Pierre, SD is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide personal care to elderly, convalescent, or disabled patients in home or facility settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support daily living activities per the plan of care.
Responsibilities include ADL assistance, documentation, and coordination with nurses. A valid CNA certification is required upon hire, with Minnesota-specific CNA licensing if applicable. Competitive benefits offered.
