Job summary

Abacare Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, providing personal care and practical daily support. You’ll follow individual care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, incontinence, toilet use, and medication, while also handling shopping, mealtimes and light housework.

No social care experience is required; we value compassion, resilience and a willingness to learn in a close‑knit team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in living safer, supported lives in their own homes. The role involves following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication. The role also includes practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes and housework.
