Home Instead Oxford is a trusted home care provider serving Oxford, Kidlington, Witney, Carterton, Burford and nearby villages. We seek caring Care Assistants to deliver personalised support and companionship, with visits to clients for at least one hour and shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided through the Brand New Care Skills Academy and Care Certificate completion.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Willingness to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and build real relationships.
• Assist with washing and dressing and help with mobility around the home.
• Support with medication and meal preparation, light home help tasks.
• Visit regular clients with a minimum of 1 hour per visit.
• Work varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

At Home Instead, we're growing and we are looking for new Care Assistant's to join our team and be there to provide our clients with the outstanding care and support they deserve!
We are looking for friendly and caring Care Assistant's to support our clients living across the Oxford & Kidlington areas as well as the villages around and between.
We have a variety of hours available including mornings, evenings & weekends so there is something to work around your needs and commitments.
As a Care Assistant with us, we want you to build real, strong relationships with those you support and so you will always visit regular clients with a minimum of 1 hour.
We are looking for people who can start from 8am and available to work through the morning.

As a Care Assistant, the role will be varied with no 2 days the same! Our Care Assistant's provide valuablecompanionship to those who may be lonely, support with washing and dressing, help with mobility in and outside the client's home, medication support, meal preparation and light home help tasks.
Due to the nature of the role, we need you be be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
We also require an alternate weekend working (both Saturday & Sunday).
