Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate Certified Care Aides/Caregivers to join our team in Palo Alto. The role reports to the Care Coordinator and performs personal care services tailored to client needs, with emphasis on memory care and mobility support for seniors in the South Bay area.

We offer day shifts, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement. A HCA certificate, CNA preferred, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and bilingual abilities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Care Aide Certificate (HCA Registration) required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (strongly preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light lifting as needed
• Light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication reminders/assist
• Ambulation and transport of clients
• Provide companionship
• Follow care plan
