Job summary

The Orchards at Foxcrest is seeking a caring Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will work under supervision to promote independence and a safe, respectful living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and documenting observations while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. Previous experience with older adults is preferred, CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with older adults or assisted living residents preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtained within required timeframe.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence and a safe, respectful living environment.
• Document resident observations and changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Prepare and serve meals per resident dietary requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and care planning.
