Job summary

The Pepperberry Suites is seeking a compassionate Care Aide to support residents at The Orchards at Foxcrest. Under the direction of the Care Supervisor, you will provide personal care, promote independence, monitor needs, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment.

Join a dedicated team focused on high-quality, person-centered care. Prior experience with seniors is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is beneficial and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with older adults or in assisted living preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or obtained within the required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance with dignity and respect.
• Observe and document residents’ conditions, vital signs, and needs.
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and adaptive equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for residents.
• Communicate with Care Supervisor and nursing leadership about resident needs and concerns.
• Participate in required trainings, in-services, and meetings.
