The Orchards Health Center is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily activities and personal care in a supportive health-care setting in Mission Viejo, CA. This role involves helping residents with dressing, grooming, dining, bathing, and mobility, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years of caregiving experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with customer service is highly preferred.
• Required strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• Assist residents with transfers, transports and escorts as needed.
• Keep rooms safe and orderly, including changing bed linens and making beds.
