Starting Pay: $16.00/hour, increasing to $18.00/hour after successful graduation from the 4-week training program. End of Season Bonus of $500.00; you must be actively employed at the end of the assignment for the bonus.

This is a temporary onsite opportunity. Candidates must reside in the El Paso, Texas area and be available to train and work onsite for the entire duration of the assignment, which is expected to continue to December 2026.
As a Care Advocate, you'll make outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled health plan members, providing education, answering questions, and connecting members with valuable healthcare resources. You'll serve as the first point of contact for many members, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience while delivering compassionate, high-quality service. You will support Medicare Advantage members, many of whom are elderly or living with disabilities. Success in this role requires patience, empathy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
Providing an exceptional member experience is essential to success in this role. Your communication must always be friendly, welcoming, professional, and service-oriented. Quality interactions are reviewed weekly, and employees are expected to maintain a quality score of 95% or higher. A positive attitude, empathy, and attention to detail are critical performance expectations.
Candidates must reside in El Paso, Texas. Training is fully onsite. This position remains onsite for the entire assignment. Assignment begins August 28, 2026, with a tentative end date of December 2026. Due to HIPAA regulations, employees must maintain the confidentiality of protected health information at all times.
