The role requires an associate degree with formal sonography training and at least one year of cardiac and vascular experience; ARDMS registrations are preferred. Rotation to multiple labs and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree; graduate of a formal sonography program.
• 1 year cardiac and vascular sonography experience; clinical rotations may count as related experience.
• Registered in vascular technology (ARDMS-RVT or CCI-RVS) and registered in echocardiography (ARDMS-AE and/or ARDMS-PE or CCI-RCS) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs echocardiography and peripheral vascular studies following IAC-approved protocols.
• Rotates to multiple lab locations and participates in after-hours/on-call schedules.
• Operates all lab equipment and software including EMR, Structured Reporting and PACS; maintains logs and cleans equipment.
• Attends staff meetings and educational conferences to stay current in the field.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
