Qualifications

• BS or BA with 5–7 years experience, or MS/MA with 3–5 years, or equivalent combo.
• Experience with behavioral interventions.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Comfort and experience in data management.
• Experience with REDCap and web-based databases.
• Experience with remote monitoring technology.
• Position contingent on continued funding.
• Background checks may be required after a conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director in overseeing the launch and intervention of a large, multi-year cardiovascular trial.
• Develop study protocols, set up studies, and implement study workflows.
• Oversee data collection, database maintenance, quality control, and data reporting.
• Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and protocol adherence through QA reviews and data audits.
• Oversee screening and enrollment.
• Manage electronic data collection and study documents.
• Coordinate study meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Assist with reports, manuscripts, and publications.
• Handle IRB correspondence and regulatory compliance.
• Track medical incidents and adverse events.
• Hire, train, and supervise research staff.
• Track and manage study budgets.
• Communicate with investigators, funders, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee trial enrollment, testing, and study communications.
• Provide research oversight and delegate daily management to the team.

Education

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts + 5–7 years experience

Master of Science or Master of Arts + 3–5 years experience
