Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Part-time Cardiovascular Lab Technologist to assist with the preparation, performance, and completion of diagnostic and interventional angiography under physician supervision.

You will operate advanced equipment including TAVR, Watchman, IVUS, and PFO closure, adhere to hospital policies, maintain safety, and collaborate with the team through effective communication and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program with cardiac experience.
• Certification requirements include CVT or RTR, ACLS, BLS, with RCIS certification obtained within six months.

Role Overview:

Assists with the preparation, performance, and completion of diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operates advanced equipment such as TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, PFO closure, atherectomy, thrombectomy devices, IVUS, FFR, iFR, IABP, and Impella. Ensures patient care aligns with hospital policies, practices safety guidelines, and fosters teamwork through effective communication and flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program with cardiac experience. 2-3 years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred. Certification requirements include CVT or RTR, ACLS, BLS, with RCIS certification obtained within six months. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to varied hours.

Additional Details:

This is a part-time, nonexempt role with schedule flexibility, including on-call and weekend shifts. Candidates should live within 30 minutes of the worksite.
