CentraCare Health seeks a Cardiovascular Technician for a fast-paced surgical environment at St. Cloud Hospital. You will support physicians, RNs, and CRNAs in using cardiovascular equipment, monitoring patients, and assisting in complex procedures.

This role offers hands-on clinical support in a dynamic team setting, focusing on patient outcomes and collaboration with anesthesia and surgical teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience in healthcare required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider card required per policy.
• 2 years minimum experience including ECG and hemodynamic monitoring.
• 2 years working knowledge of intra-aortic balloon pumping.
• Experience with Cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology and related medications.
• In lieu of experience, orientation will be provided to obtain entry level competence.

Responsabilités

Join our team as a Cardiovascular Technician- work in a fast-paced surgical environment that presents new and exciting challenges each day!

In this role, you will assist physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in the operation, monitoring, and management of cardiovascular support and autotransfusion equipment for surgical, perioperative, and medical patients. This position collaborates closely with highly skilled professionals, including anesthesia providers, cardiac surgeons, registered nurses, and surgical technologists, while also partnering with a variety of other medical specialties. Responsibilities include preparing, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining cardiovascular equipment, supporting complex surgical procedures, and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of patient care, combining technical expertise with hands-on clinical support in a dynamic and collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Part-time| 45-54hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
• 9-hr shifts between 6:30am-7pm| Monday-Friday
• On call approximately every 5th weekend, weeknight and holiday

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $24.69 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $24.69-37.08

• In lieu of experience, orientation will be provided to obtain desired entry level competence
