1910 Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician to perform non-invasive testing in the Cardiology Department, including EKGs, stress testing, Holter monitoring, and EEGs, while handling clerical tasks and patient education.
The role reports to the Supervisor of Cardiology Services and operates under hospital policy. Per diem schedule with rotating shifts at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA.

Job Summary The Cardiovascular Technician is responsible for performing all non-invasive testing in the Cardiology Department including, but not limited to, Electrocardiograms, Cardiac Stress Testing, Holter Monitoring, Electroencephalograms, along with various technical, clinical, and clerical duties such as recording and processing EKG tracings to obtain data for use in diagnosis of cardiac disorders.
This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Supervisor, Cardiology Services and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Must be able to effectively interact appropriately to an individual’s intellectual level and physical ability including infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
