Job summary

Nashville General Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Cardiovascular Tech for its Cardiac Cath Lab in Nashville, TN. The Tech will operate the physio monitoring system and imaging equipment and act as scrub tech during interventional procedures.

Requirements include graduation from a cardiovascular or radiography program, RCIS/AART certification, current BLS, and proficiency with EKGs and hemodynamic tracings. Prior Cath Lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program or Radiography Program.
• RCIS or AART certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous Cardiac Cath Lab work experience preferred.
• Proficient in EKG’s and hemodynamic pressure tracings.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate the physio monitoring system and complex imaging equipment.
• Serve as scrub tech assisting the cardiologist or radiologist during cardiovascular/interventional procedures.
