Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant to support our Cardiovascular Program. This full-time role includes operating room assist, vein harvesting and perioperative care under physician supervision.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited PA program with active PA licensure and DEA eligibility. Prior CVT experience is strongly preferred and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• PA licensure; DEA eligible.
• Previous CVT experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides physician assistant services to patients as directed by the physician’s patient care plan and supervised by the physician.
• Orders medications.
• Perform and oversee testing and other appropriate procedures.
• Maintains written charts and records on patients.
