Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to care for pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients. This role requires a Texas-licensed Acute Care NP or PA with demonstrated experience in cardiothoracic care.

Qualified candidates will have active Texas licensure or the ability to obtain it, and a track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients.
• Strong communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Texas license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients.
• Cover patient consults and follow-up visits in cardiothoracic surgery.
