Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a full-time Cardiovascular Surgeon to join Shasta Regional Medical Center. The role includes performing complex cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve repairs, along with the use of advanced cardiovascular technologies. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $462,460 to $649,347 and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be available for 3 weeks ON and 1 week OFF work schedule. Qualifications

• Experience in cardiothoracic surgery required.

Position Details:

• Cardiovascular Surgeon
• Will be employed under Shasta regional Medical Group hospital owned multi-specialty medical group.
• Work Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF Must be available during their ON to go to the hospital
• Call Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF
• Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, davinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA
• A sign‑On bonus and relocation allowance will also be given.

Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services: (1) WATCHMAN procedure for people with atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem. (2) CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device.

Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program: (1) Coronary artery bypass grafting (2) Valve repair and replacement (3) Aorta repair (4) Thoracic procedures (5) Vascular procedures (6) Off‑pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
