Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services: (1) WATCHMAN procedure for atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem; (2) CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device.
Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program: (1) Coronary artery bypass grafting (2) Valve repair and replacement (3) Aorta repair (4) Thoracic procedures (5) Vascular procedures (6) Off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.
Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status (full-time or part-time). The current compensation range for this role is $$462,460-$649,347. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
