Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare leadership in cardiovascular service line.
• Experience building and managing business cases and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic cardiovascular initiatives for North America.
• Develop business cases and pilot integrated program offerings.
• Collaborate with BL/BA and sales on go-to-market and market strategy.
• Lead cross-functional programs and measure performance against targets.
