Qualifications

• Postdoctoral Research Fellow sought for NIH-funded program focusing on Na+/K+-ATPase signaling, sex hormones, and cardiovascular disease.

Responsibilities

• Carry out molecular and cellular biology experiments including PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence, cloning and co-immunoprecipitation.
• Work with mice and mammalian cell culture to study signaling pathways in thrombosis and vascular inflammation.
• Generate and analyze data using ImageJ/Fiji, GraphPad Prism, and related software.
• Prepare results for manuscripts and presentations; contribute to team projects.
