Community Medical Center is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services (RN) in Missoula, MT. This role directs the department's activities, staffing, budgets, and compliance to meet organizational objectives.

The Director will develop goals, plans, and standards, oversee patient care processes, information systems, audits, and ensure reliable attendance, with on-going leadership responsibilities and mentorship for staff.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required on hire.
• PALS and ACLS within six months of hire.
• Five years' experience as a Cardiovascular Services RN and as a leader at the Manager or Director level.

Responsabilités

• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve objectives.
• Planns and monitors staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits and ensures regular attendance.
