HCA Houston Healthcare is looking for a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in Conroe, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate with medical providers to ensure unparalleled patient experiences.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document care administration in the patient medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications and procedures for cardiac and medical-surgical care.
