Lee Health in Cape Coral, FL seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Services at Cape Coral Hospital. The role supports rotating Saturday and holiday call with a shift from 8:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

The pay rate ranges from $30.27 to $40.86 per hour, based on experience and department needs. Responsibilities include safe delivery and documentation of patient care via the nursing process, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; Associates or Bachelor’s preferred.
Current Florida nursing license.
BLS certification from American Heart Association; current for at least 90 days after hire.
Competency assessment required; department-specific requirements may vary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic computer and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Provide clinically competent care across five areas of nursing practice including clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development.
Coordinate with other professionals to ensure quality patient care and desired outcomes.
Support organizational mission and consider patient age and cultural diversity in care delivery.
