Lee Health is seeking a part-time Cardiac Rehabilitation RN at Cape Coral Hospital to deliver and document care across Cardiac Rehab phases I–III. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and coordinate with the care team to meet outcomes while supporting community outreach and organizational goals.

Requirements include an associate degree or nursing diploma, 3 years in medical/surgical cardiology (1 year in Cardiac Rehab preferred), Florida RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma is required.
• 3 years nursing experience in medical/surgical cardiology; 1 year in Cardiac Rehab preferred.
• Active Florida RN license or eligibility; BLS and ACLS required.
• Cardiac Rehab certification preferred; CCRN acceptable.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and document care for Cardiac Rehab Phase I inpatients and Phases II-III outpatients.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per Cardiac Rehab standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve patient outcomes and ensure quality care.
• Contribute to community outreach and align with the organization’s vision and mission.
