This RN role provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum while collaborating with the healthcare team in the Cardiovascular Unit 1.

The position requires an Associate's Degree, BLS, and RN licensure in Ohio.

Formación

• Associate's Degree is required.
• BLS through American Heart Association.
• RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis and health status assessment and planning for patients and families.
• Outcomes identification and care planning based on nursing diagnoses.
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions with ongoing documentation.
• Leadership through participation in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Operations duties within the cardiovascular unit and collaboration with the care team.
