Responsibilities include participant recruitment, data management, regulatory documentation, and ensuring adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

1–2 years of clinical research experience, including patient enrollment and study coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research preferred.
Experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (RN, technologist, MA, etc.) preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all trial activities: recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
Support site operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collect, verify, and maintain trial data.
Act as primary contact for sponsors, participants and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date study documents and regulatory binders.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and performance.
