Job summary

CVAUSA in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support cardiovascular trials across our national network while coordinating site operations locally. You will work with investigators, sponsors, and staff to enroll patients, manage data, and ensure protocol compliance in a fast-paced research environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clinical research experience, a life sciences background, and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines; CCRP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH) and CRO workflows.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems preferred.
• CCRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment and follow-up visits.
• Support day-to-day site operations ensuring regulatory compliance and study protocols.
• Collect, verify and maintain accurate trial data and timely entries.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, investigators and stakeholders; provide regular updates and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders per GCP/ICH requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance.
