Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit (CVRU) on the night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and supports an interdisciplinary cardiac and critical care team.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures, utilize the nursing process, and supervise other care staff while coordinating plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse - Various

Responsibilities

• In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
• Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
