Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Surgical Technology is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub cases as it relates to the unit's scope of care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of surgical anatomy and understanding of instrumentation.
• Assist the Registered Nurse with circulating duties.
• Communicate effectively with staff, peers, physicians, and other departments.
