Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with cardiovascular (CVOR) experience for a full-time daytime role. The position requires skilled coordination of patient care, adherence to the BSWH nursing model, and safe transitions through perioperative pathways.

The RN will assess patients, create individualized care plans, and delegate tasks to team members while maintaining quality standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BSN required; 1+ year OR RN experience.
• CV (Cardiovascular) OR experience preferred.
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire or transfer).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model.
• Assess patients, develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Delegate interventions based on patient condition and staffing.
